How do I change the name on my ticket?
We are glad to help with legal name changes and accidental misspellings. If your ticket was booked through a third party, there is a $25 per ticket service fee. For tickets booked through Hawaiian Airlines, eligible name changes are free of charge.
Please check your ticket number
Hawaiian Airlines ticket numbers are 13-digit numbers beginning with 173. If your ticket number does not begin with 173, please contact the airline or travel outlet from which it was purchased for further assistance.
Eligible changes
The TSA requires that the name on your ticket match the name on your government-issued photo ID. If you’ve changed your name or your ticket was booked incorrectly, give us a call.
Legal name change: marriage, divorce, etc. Please call our Reservations Department at . You will be asked to submit supporting documentation.
Misspellings. Please call our Reservations Department at . In most cases, no documentation is required. We can also help if you need to add a middle name or change from a nickname to the full version of your name.
Other. Transferring your ticket to someone else is not something we can do. Hawaiian Airlines tickets are strictly non-transferable.
